Delete Account

How is my information used?

AE + Aerie MENA Fashion Online uses your information to improve your experience. Our systems will not utilize your data for marketing or advertising purposes.

You can permanently delete your AE + Aerie MENA Fashion Online account in two ways:

1. Delete your account from within the app:

• Log in to the AE + Aerie MENA app
• Go to My Account
• Tap Settings
• Select Delete Account and confirm

2. If you cannot access the app:

You may request account deletion by emailing us at: aeomobileapp@alshaya.com

Please include the email address or mobile number associated with your account. Your account will be permanently deleted within  7 days  of receiving your request.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your profile, order history, saved addresses, payment methods, and preferences cannot be recovered.

The following data will be permanently deleted:

• Profile and personal information
• Order history and receipts
• Saved addresses
• Saved payment methods
• Wishlist and saved items
• All app preferences and settings

Delete Specific Data (Without Deleting Account)

You may delete individual pieces of stored information without closing your account.

Saved Addresses My Account → Address Book → Delete

Note: Your primary delivery address cannot be deleted while set as default.

Saved Payment Cards My Account → Payment Cards → Delete

Once deleted, this information cannot be restored. You may add new details at any time.
